Using Big Shot Dies to Customize Your Cards

Here is a great example, provided by one of my loyal customers, Bev - she shared this with our technique club today:

The letters are die cut out of designer paper, using Sizzlits Decorative Strip Die "Stampin' Up! Billboard", item #114510, $21.95.  The bird is die cut from the Sizzlit 4-pack die "Stampin' Up! Birds and Blooms". She ran the bird through twice, cutting it out of solid cardstock as well as designer paper for the 3-d wing!  How clever!!! Both these dies are exclusive to Stampin' Up! and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

Her niece is going to flip over this one of a kind, personalized birthday card.  Wouldn't you if you received one like this?

Wouldn't you know it - give your favorite customer some inspiration, a sheet of DSP, some ideas and voila!  Some pretty great cards emerge!

Love the BIG SHOT!  Here are some beautiful cards created by Susan, she just can't get enough of the Big Shot !!!  I asked her to come up with some original cards using the Flower Daisies #2 die as I had cut many of them and hadn't used them.  One sheet of Washington Apple DSP  and look what she has created:

Just when I think that I've seen it all, here comes another cute one.  I just think these owls are too cute!  And how clever!  Using the Big Shot Scallop and Top Note dies, and many of our SU! punches, is this owl just too much or what?  I adore him!  *or is it a her???*  regardless,  I just think this owl is a keeper.  Created by Stephanie A., I think that the recipient of this card is going to "hoot" over it!
